Buffet Lines!
Serve your salad in a stemless glass! Cut grape tomatoes in half, place a slice of fresh mozzarella between the two slices and skewer together. Add strips of finely cut basil and a vinaigrette dressing and you have an elegant and tasty first course.
What a grand use of these square vases! This exhibit is filled with an assortment of colorful vegetables. The dressing is showcased in a champagne glass. Very sophisticated!
For a more casual setting, you may try cups filled your choice of veggies, cut in strips, and placed right on top of the dressing. Presentation is the key when setting up a salad bar or buffet line.
Go Greek!
Fill paper cups with tomatoes, olives, feta and spicy peppers. Drizzle with dressing and salt and pepper to taste and you have a salad to go!
